HOPE HARLEY (Lillie Anne), who began acting 12 years ago, fulfilling a life-long desire to be an actor, is making her BCP debut in Barbecue. Her credits include Ivoryton Playhouse’s Having Our Say (Bessie), Key West Theater’s Coming Up for Air (Lucille), Shades of Truth Theatre’s Whistle in Mississippi (Mamie Till), and Gallery Players’ A Raisin in the Sun (Mamma), as well as commercials for Amtrak, Regeneron, and Medicare. Her family, reading, knitting, learning languages and the Bronx Children’s Museum (which she helped to found and on which she continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors) are the passions of her life.
